General Question

All fresh ingredients are locally sourced. Beef Jerky all made in the US. Seafood, dried fruit, candies are from the US, Thailand, Taiwan and Vietnam.

Not at the moment, we want to focus on growing our website and company before we expand.

We currently use USPS and Fedex. However it depends on the region we ship the products to, we will choose the best shipping courier options for our customers.

Normally 3-5 day business days. Weather conditions may slow shipment times. Typically, it takes one day to process and ship out the order.

All the beef jerky, pickled products, and seafood must be refridgerated after opening. All other products should be kept in a cool, dry place.

No, we do not accept returns for any food items due to Health Safety.

It depends on the availability of the products. Please send us any inquiry to our email. [email protected]

If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at [email protected] within 24 hours since placing the order! As long as the order has not been processed, we will be able to update the address. If the order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address en route.

If your order is returned to sender, we can resend the order to you; but you are responsible for covering the shipping cost.

If your order is sent to an incorrect address due to incorrect input by the customer, we are not responsible for this issue.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payments. 

During holidays and peak shopping season or weather conditions, please be aware that for processing will take longer. 

Delivery time depends on destination. We will email a tracking number to your email or phone number when your order is shipped. 

Please email or call us if you want to cancel your order or make any changes, let us know as soon as possible. 

We cannot guarantee any cancellations or modifications if your order has already been processed. We will try our best to satisfy your request. We can not change the shipping address if the order is en route. If the customer has inputted the wrong address, we are not responsible for any loss, returned package or refunds.

We are not able to accept returns for food. However, if the company send wrong product or the package not open or package is damaged, send us a photo of the item and the order number at [email protected] &714-452-7679, we will do our best to take care of it.
